I applied online. I interviewed at Alorica (Lake Mary, FL) in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied online and received a call from a recruiter a few days later. I was asked some preliminary questions. Was told it was 15 an hour and seemed to have tech support elements. I was sent several assessments, all of which I aced. An interview was scheduled for the following day in the afternoon. That morning I got a reminder text, which told me to be ready promptly at 1:30.... and I was. No call came. So I sent a few communications to inquire as to what happened.
About an hour later I got a phone call telling me I lived 10 minutes too far to work there, from a guy who was obviously in a BIG hurry, but was otherwise polite.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
