Horrible! The first step is a phone interview, if you pass you talk to a recruiter through chat which is POINTLESS! Because they ask you the same questions that was ask during the phone interview which was automated. After you pass those questions from the recruiter through chat, you are invited to a zoom call where you will talk to a actual interviewer. You have to wait in this waiting queue because they do not have enough interviewers because they interview like 100 people at a time. I was waiting in the waiting queue for literally a hour, other callers was coming through and got a interview before me until I ask what was going on. At that point I was aggravating and did not want to participate anymore. It was so unorganized!

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
