3 phone call interviews, basic questions just to mesure up your english level. Once they called me, they asked basic questions about my eligibility to work, then went into the actual questions. How do you handle stress, how do you explain something to someone who doesn’t understand, when were you required to use multiple sources to gather information, how do you build relationships with people, and one other question.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
