I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Alorica (Fort Myers, FL) in Apr 2014
Interview
Went in dressed nicely. Apparently that is not required for this location. There were about 6 of us. We all took an assessment, then were called in to speak with the hiring manager, individually. I appreciate them interviewing us individually.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic interview questions, but one that could throw people off was when the hiring manager said that he was thinking of a fruit. You must ask questions to guess what it is. This is harder than you may think. I suggest brushing up on your fruits before going in. After answering questions, I was offered the job.
pretty easy interview process. just one interview and no technical question at all. Like they are there with mindset of hiring you. Just ask for availability and you will be good to join from noonday
