The usual initial phone interview, 2nd, and final. Orientation was done remotely. Everyone was friendly and participative. They guide the newbies on the do's and dont's. For the first part of the training, they mainly focus on spoken communication.
It’s good. Probably depends, because back in my time it was just okay, you know, go with the flow, normal conversations. All in all, it was fine – I could keep up even though I'm not that good at English.
