I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (Cubao) in Mar 2023
Interview
It's really an easy process. I got there 8am, started the group panel interview. We were like almost 50 applicants, but then we got cut into half after the first round. I passed the first inteerview, then moved to second and pass that too. For the final interview, we were handed paper of an account and practice for a mock call. I didnt pass that so had to wait till I got to call for another final interview, however I wasn't able to wait for it and they're kind to move it morning the next day. But then, I didn't receive any texts or call or even email regarding the final interview so I assume that I failed it. Same thing happened when I got a message for another account, I already signed a paper about the training, but then there was no email with the zoom link regarding the training. So I was kind of frustrated for what happen but just moved on.

Interview
Very high level but very professional interview rounds. They mainly focus on communication skills and how well we tackle situations when customer is irated. Overall difficulty level was high. There were 4 rounds of interview i went through and I'm glad I am selected.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Alorica (Montevideo)
Interview
My experience was a facetime, where they ask very personal questions, too many silly questions that don’t even have nothing to do with the job. They make it very uncomfortable, even virtually.
Una chica me refirió y luego de dos día me llamaron. La verdad al principio estaba nerciosx porque era mi primera entrevista, pero fue fácil y la chica de la entrevista fue muy buena onda.
