I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Alorica (El Paso, TX) in Feb 2024
Interview
I went in for my assigned time, checked in, but had to wait a while. More people came in and went through the same process. We were asked to wait in the lobby, and it took a few hours altogether even though we came for our assigned times. Once called in after waiting nearly 3.5 hours or so, I was greeted by a hiring manager who was very polite. The interview wasn’t too bad, she asked decent questions, and it took about 15-20 mins.

The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
