I was recommended by a current employee, then was instructed to go there in their office in Makato, then initial interview started, I was not able to pass due to speaking one tagalog word, and they said i can try again after 30 days.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (Miami, FL) in Jan 2020
Interview
Slow And old fashioned. Not the most fun thing to do. Also a very plain setting. Most people quit after a couple months due to the call quality and daily conversations.
