Interview
One screening call and two interviews. I never felt like the interview process was trying to trip me up. The interviewers were more interested in who I was as a person, what drives me and what experience I had that was relevant to the role.
Applied through Linkedin, thereafter the interview process is more or less as such:
1. Screening interview via phone with the HR recruiter
2. Online interview with the managers
3. Online interview with the skip leader
4. In-person interview with the team members
Also, just to add that there are some drafting assessments.
