American Express Disputes Analyst interview questions

First round was an aptitude test of Maths, logical reasoning and English. Then after 2-3 months we got a call for an interview, first was a group HR round. Basic questions were asked like tell me about yourself and then further questions related to your CV. Then after further shortlisting, final round was an interview with the Director which went on for 15-20 minutes. Questions related to job profile, CV, internship experience were asked.
