I was an internal applicant moving from Rome, Italy to Stockholm, Sweden. Given this, I skipped the interview process with the recruiter and jump directly to the second step. Interview was done as 121 over video with two leaders with focus on leadership behaviours and business examples, point of strength and developments opportunities. Informal interview and opportunity to ask questions about the different culture and environment.
