I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Miami, FL) in May 2014
Interview
I submitted an application and resume via our internal HR portal. Within a few days I was contacted for an initial phone interview. I took the phone interview. A few days later I was asked if I would relocate for this job. I told the hiring manager I was open to relocation. Then I did not hear anything back. Eventually there was a public announcement that the job had been filled by another person. A week after that I got a from letter from HR letting me know I did not get the job.

Question 1
How have you assisted a customer who was upset with a real, or perceived, lack of service?
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in May 2010
Interview
Get hired as a receptionist in the first interview, after 4 years I could apply for the supervisor position.
They decided to make an internal selection so there were two candidates, we have to be interviewed for the Director and current supervisor
After the announcement it take about a month dealing with all the documents as new hired, the disadvantage was that the headquarters is in Mexico City, so it delayed more than usual. They literally investigate about ALL related to you. It is a special test from USA I think as madden by the CIA.
