      Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at American Express

      Interview

I applied through my college career center and had 2 45 minute back to back interviews on campus. They go through a list of behavioral questions like "Tell me about a time when..." and some more marketing-focused questions like "How would you increase card spending in the supermarket category?" Got a call a couple days later to be invited to Superday at their NYC office. Superday was also 2 45 minute back to back interviews in the division that you specified you wanted to be in and the questions are pretty much the same as the first round, a lot of behavioral questions and a few marketing/campaign questions here and there.
