I was contacted by a recruiter who informed me that I had been selected to participate in the first round interview process. The first round consisted of two 30 minute phone interviews which were both very casual and very relaxed. The process was not too hard. There were two interviews and two rounds. Know the how the company works and I definitely recommend reading the past recent 10k! Of course know about the company culture but I would focus more on the core foundation of the company anyhow credit cards work.
