Phone interview with questions about your experience, career expectations, why you want to work in the company. Second interview is called "meet and greet", is a group interview through WebEx, there was about 7 candidates, 2 recruiters and 5 team leaders, they presented the company, the role and themselves, after that we had 1-1 interviews with each of the team leaders with cliché behavioural questions like "Tell me about a time when you provided excellent customer service" also a role play with a team leader simulating a customer that didn't have money to pay his CC and needed an extension and interest reduction.

Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
