American Express’ interview process typically involves an online application, a recruiter phone screening, and role-specific online assessments. Shortlisted candidates face multiple interview rounds, including behavioral, technical or case-based, and panel discussions. The process assesses skills, cultural fit, and problem-solving abilities, usually concluding within 2–4 weeks before an offer is extended.
