American Express interview questions

Met with a peer within the team and then with the director of the group. Subsequently met with the VP who had some concerns that I had previously been at a higher level in the company. Interviews were not too tough, focussed on some leadership as well as some technical questions. Did not talk about future or where I wanted to be moving forward. Needed to convince why the role was right for me.

The interview was consist of two parts, 30 minutes each. The first half was mostly typical behavioral question. You should know your resume really really well. The second half was a case study. My advise to prepare for the case study is to know the credit card industry really well. Know the common default rate, APR, etc. Overall, I think the people were just ok. Not too nice yet not too harsh. I didn't get to choose the office location since I think it was predetermined.
