I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at American Express
Interview
Standard interview behaviorals. No crazy knowledge needed as this is an entry level role. 1 recruiter call + 2 rounds of interviews. The entire process took about 2-3 week end-to-end as they try to hire MOAs fairly quickly
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at American Express
Interview
I applied through a recruiter, so I had 2 screening calls through the recruiter. I then met with a hiring manager in a one-on-one behavioral interview. Then went to meet 2 people on the team in the final interview. It was not scary and felt very conversational. I did not get the job, but the interview process was easy.
Great process, interviewers were responsive and HR helped to prepare you beforehand. Loved my interview process comparatively, a lot of other companies were difficult to work with. I had no issues.
