American Express Senior Financial Analyst interview questions

I interviewed 3 different times with American express. The steps may vary between teams/departments. Before the first round its a phone screening. The first round in all interviews consisted of 2-3 30 minutes interviews with different mangers. Second round usually is an other 30 minutes interview with a director, but ai was able to do this over the phone. I had overall a great experience speaking the teams and the recruiters/coordinators. Just be patient at times, you might mot get any feedback, but if you make a good impression a manger could pass your resume to a team member that might have a position. The interview consisted of behavioral questions, going over your experience and knowledge. Some technical questions if you pass the first round.

One Phone Call Screen, Two in Person Interviews with four different staff members. The first interview was more behavioral and to test personality and generic skills. The second interview was more quantitative and focused on specific job tasks and abilities.
