This was a difficult process bc it was so long. It is like a 4 step interview pocess. Phone Interview first with an HR person where you're asked a bunch of questions. Then 2nd you get asked to come in for an actual interview, where you sit with the person who called you and answer a bunch of questions, but then they ask you to come back in like an hour so you can meet with a manager. This is the 3rd interview, which actually ends up being a group interview, but not really a interview at all because they don't ask you anything. The manager gives an hour long presentation on the company and what they do and all the opportunity they can provide... they will throw people out if anyone is negative and vocal about how they were misled or when they realize that this is one of those jobs where you have to build crews and get people promoted. Then, after the hour long powow, you are called back by the HR person who first interviewed you one by one and they ask you what you thought. They feel you out and schedule you another interview sometime that week and they give you a folder with all this stuff in it so you can tell your girlfriend/boyfriend and family about this job. Then the 4th step is to come in on the last interview date and the manager meets you and offers you the job. You get really excited because you think this will be an awesome opportunity. Then their HR person comes back in and you have to sign all this paperwork and pay for your class and your background check.
