The worst process of interview, call 10+ people together and have to wait for a long time. they just ask some basic eligibility questions and about your background from the resume, they ask some basic questions and then say that they will call you and they never call back, if you try to follow up they do not answer your call.
You sit through a short presentation to get an idea of the process and benefits. They ask the typical sales questions to get you engaged. With a door to door type sales position they explain the importance of setting appointments.
Fun and informative , the company has agencies within the company that act as independent subsidiaries. The Andre McCollum agency seems to be a lively place to be at and the atmosphere is great.

they have a webinar that explains the job then they have a questionnaire for you to fill out, seems very detailed and informative for someone who's never been in the insurance industry. seems like you could make a lot of money if you were good with people.
