A company recruiter called me from my resume being posted on Career Builders. After short conversation invited me to a group orientation. After orientation had first interview with Director of the office. A good mix of questions professional, goals, financial needs, personal interests, background of past jobs. Second interview more defining questions and was hired at that time

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
