Interview
Got called by a recruiter, who said she spotted my resume on a job site I don't use. Wanted to know if I had a few minutes for a phone interview. I actually was waiting on another employer to call me for a previously scheduled phone interview, so I said I didn't, but I would be available later that afternoon after 3:30 pm. Recruiter said that she would not be available at that time and said she would just call back on the following Monday.
I have zero sales and/or insurance experience. Not sure why she even bothered to contact me. I blocked her phone number on my cellphone.

No question - just surprised she was so huffy when I wasn't available then and there to speak with her.
They will ask you several behavior questions, then they will give you an info session. After this, they will give you a final round interview. After this, they will ask you to accept this position.

Interview process was very smooth and was very informative. Decided not to move forward but seems like a good opportunity. Got another opportunity with base pay so decided on that one.

the process is quite easy and average there are many steps and details provided to get through in the process and you need to go through and clear all the steps they asked multiple questions like the experiences related to the industry etc and one important thing the check your potential and strengths which can help to grow the company
