Interview
They have you come in to the office, they have a look at your CV and have you fill out some questionnaires. They explain about the company, the history, the mission statement, and what the job is. Then they take you one by one to sit in a private room with an interviewer who will ask you questions about your work history and why you think you are a right fit for the company.

Interview
Great informative interview process. The interview was interactive and there was a lot of exchanges between me and the hiring manager. My questions were answered and so were theirs. Overall I’d say by the end I was confident I was a good fit for the position.
