I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at American Income Life (Cordova, TN) in Feb 2014
Interview
They call you to set up 1st interview. When you get there(some of us drove a considerable distance) you find that theirs 20 to30 people there also with the same appointment time as yours. When you do get called upon they tell you about their company. If you ask about the position you applied for they say they're hiring for numerous positions for newly opened offices. Then....they ask would you come back for a group interview with some upper management, (more gas and time I could be looking for a real job),When you get to the 2nd of "The 3 interview process" along with 20 to 30 other people they cram into a meeting room, they tell more about the company and what kind of money you could be making. Then comes the sales pitch......Or better yet the you can sell our product, I am not a sales person nor would I apply for a sales job. I do not want a license to sell life insurance nor can I afford the 200 to 300 dollars it costs to get one seeing as I am unemployed and looking for a real job!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The unexpected part was they didn't ask me questions about myself or my education and work history. Hardly looked at my resume.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Income Life (Memphis, TN) in Jun 2016
Interview
1st interview was a phone interview. Then I was directed to come to the Memphis office for a 2nd interview. Once there, the second interview progressed to a 3rd group interview, at which point I had to walk away because it was for selling life insurance and I had to return to school to get licensure.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. What is your greatest accomplishment? What is your work experience?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Income Life (London, ON) in Apr 2015
Interview
Filled out a quick form, had first "interview" where they asked for me to tell them about myself, then another form, then everyone was lead to the basement to see a presentation about the company, then second "interview" where I was asked what I liked most about the job. Job is a scam, they didn't even acknowledge what I applied for. I was interviewed for a sales position. I had no interest.
I applied through other source. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at American Income Life (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2014
Interview
Horrible. No eye contact. They made me go through a second interview. Then offered me the job and said they would call me. I never heard from them again. No communication or follow up whatsoever. Ironically, now that I am working somewhere else (but still seeking employment) AIL always calls me for an interview.
