I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at American Income Life (North Royalton, OH) in Jan 2014
Interview
Interview? More like, everyone meet here and listen to how awesome we make our company out to be and anyone and everyone who is willing to work for free over the next 2 months is hired! But they act like they are very selective with hiring. It's hiding the truth after lie. If you don't kiss the manager's behind, you will not work there. Inexperienced and young managers who have zero managing experience besides what they think they have learned there at AIL.
The interview went well, I'm just looking for insight on what I'll be walking into starting this job. I had to add a review to be able to see others reviews, I will update as soon as I start.

I applied online. I interviewed at American Income Life (Bluffdale, UT)

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Income Life (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

Question 1
There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
