Interview
Everything is virtual over zoom. The initial interview was a meet and greet over the phone, then a zoom meet and greet was set up with the same person, I then attended a webinar next day to learn more about the company and complete a questionnaire that the hiring managers and owner can look over with my resume, I received a call later that day that I was selected for a final interview the next day, I attended the zoom interview with my original interviewer. I was asked general questions about my self, why the change in jobs, why i would be a good fit and where I saw myself within the company. The interviewer was very nice and collected, very straightforward and answered every question I had. We did the paperwork for my licensing over the call and I was sent all new hire information immediately.

During my interview, I was offered the job on the spot. I think I only talked to one person. They had some kind of info session before too but it wasn't an interview
Large audience setting with a power point presentation. You go through 2 interviews to see how much you are needing to make and whether if this is a job fit.

It was super easy and over zoom. They pretty much make sure that you feel you can do the job they are asking because it can be extremely tedious but you can make a lot of money from it
