Contacted me after seeing my resume on Monster. Scheduled interview for when I returned from school. Phone interview followed by initial screening. Afterwards, there was a short presentation on the company, compensation, benefits, etc. After that there was another short screening interview where they informed me that they would call between 5 and 7 P.M. with final decision.

Fill out a simple form - sit down for ~30 seconds with a well dressed person. Sit in a presentation room with 10 other people for 20 minutes. Sit through a 40 minute presentation that is mostly lies about potential income.
