Amtrak Ops Role interview questions

The TA Advisor left me a voice message asking me to contact him so I reached out and left a message in return. When he reached out to me again, he just went into a phone interview. At no point prior did we confirm a date/time to conduct a phone interview. The personality that came through the phone was a bit pretentious. In addition to that, the position was noted as filled on the website. I know that I am qualified for the position...hands down. My concern is the demeanor of the HR/TA folks within the company. I recall this same attitude from a contract position several years ago. Smh.
