I applied online and then had to take an easy personality/behavioral test. Then I had a phone interview with A-B’s National Sales & Marking Recruiter. After I had an in-person interview with a Craft Senior Manager who thought my background might be better suited for a sales strategy position they had open. The company had their National Sales meeting & Super Bowl
so my interview got pushed back to a couple of weeks later, but I interviewed with who would be my direct boss (Director). I had an in-person interview with my boss’ boss next, and then a phone interview with the VP of People. I received the offer in person with my boss, a VP, and a Human Resources employee at the Anheuser-Busch Commercial Strategy Office in Manhattan, NY. The whole interview process took 2 months.
