Before showcase started, I applied online to their BTP program & I finished their online assessments which took a long time. Then, at showcase, I met a team of engineers & HR recruiters at my school. I talked to them during showcase and also attended their info session post showcase. To my surprise, I was given the chance to interview with them via video chat.
