So the process was got a call from HR and scheduled meeting for formal discussion like experience, role, CTC expectations. And in that call she asked some technical questions with options.
Later got an email that selected for second Manager level round. This round was interesting. The person who took an interview was senior manager who was non technical and asked me questions related to management as well as basic technical scenarios and it was good I was confident about second round I will definitely cleared. But got response from HR i.e. gone through your resume & qualifications and it is not suitable for the position. Thing is that the hiring process of Acoustic is logically foolish because I think in acoustic managers are deciding whether the candidate should be selected or not rather judging the candidates proper skill set. Horrible experience!!
