I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Apeel Sciences (Santa Barbara, CA) in May 2019
Interview
Interview was over the phone and lasted about 20 minutes. They asked basic questions about why I was interested, why I would be good for the position, etc. I did not end up getting an offer though.
