First, there was a 30-minute phone interview by an in-house technical recruiter to make sure you are a good fit and are within the salary range. Then there was a second phone interview by the VP who will be making the hiring decision. The VP was over 20 minutes late for the interview, which caused a lot of stress because I was wondering if I had somehow messed up the schedule or my contact information. The lateness was not acknowledged at all by the VP, no apology, or any kind of indication that he was over 20 minutes late, we just went right into the interview. This doesn't create a good impression on the candidate. However, aside from that, the conversation itself was very pleasant which is why I'm giving this a neutral rating.
