AppNexus Associate General Counsel interview questions

The entire interview process was incredibly efficient and seamless from start to finish. The process was really fast as compared with my experience elsewhere - there were less than four weeks between the date I submitted an application online and the date I received an offer. The recruiting team was very communicative throughout the process, always following up within the time frame expected and keeping me informed about next steps. The process was as follows: a member of the recruiting team contacted me by email a few days after I submitted an online application and we set up a casual, in-person 45-minute interview with the lawyer to whom I would be reporting in this role. Later that week I came back for four 45-minute interviews, three of which involved discussion and analysis of a hypothetical legal question. I then reviewed a mock agreement and submitted a markup and comments on the agreement, and had a phone call with the same lawyer who interviewed me initially to discuss the markup. Finally, I returned for an approximately 3-hour interview to re-meet all the lawyers and to meet the General Counsel for the first time. This last interview was mostly casual, to determine if it was a good culture/personality fit, together with a few questions about my background and experience. I received an offer the following day.
