Submitted my application online and received a phone interview invitation from HR on the same day. Phone interview was about 20 min, only basic questions to confirm my experience and background. Second interview was a video conference interview with the team manager and questions are focused on my strengths/weaknesses, success/failures challenges from past implementation projects. Third interview is a 3 hr series of interviews from potential team mates and hiring manager. It was supposed to be a face to face interview but since I don't live in the same country where the office is located and the company wasn't willing to cover my travel expenses, we just did it via video conference. Each interview focused on a specific area/skill, e.g. technical, analytical etc.
The entire process took a month. Sometimes it takes a while for the HR person to confirm the interview schedule or come back with a response for my inquiries. The interviewers were kind, professional and thorough, but I felt they were a little too serious.
