The interview process comprised three rounds. The initial round, with a Tax Partner, delved into my background and familiarity with the firm, making it the most extensive. The second round, with an upcoming Tax Partner, offered a more casual atmosphere, allowing me to gain insights into Aprio's operations while addressing queries about my accounting interests. In the final round, conducted by a Senior Associate, I received a concise overview of potential roles and responsibilities. Additionally, there were inquiries regarding my completed coursework and aspirations regarding CPA certification.
