Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Aprio focuses on creating thriving communities through financial empowerment, education, environmental sustainability, and meaningful partnerships. Our social mission is simple: Aprio believes strong business and financial advice helps grow thriving communities and drive positive social change. We bring this mission to life by supporting entrepreneurs, preparing future business leaders, and helping organizations become more sustainable. How We Make a Difference
The Aprio Foundation
Founded in 2016, the Aprio Foundation empowers team members to make a meaningful difference in their communities by funding nonprofits aligned with Aprio’s social mission. This employee-led organization supports causes that focus on education, entrepreneurship, the environment, economic advancement, and disaster relief. Through Community Impact Grants, the Foundation provides financial support to eligible nonprofits that have an active connection to an Aprio team member. Rooted in values like inclusion, purpose-driven partnerships, and measurable social impact, the Aprio Foundation exists to turn passion into action—giving every employee the opportunity to drive positive change where it matters most.
Aprio’s Annual Community Impact Week
At Aprio, making a difference in our communities is part of who we are. Each year during our firmwide Community Impact Week, Aprio team members roll up their sleeves to support nonprofits in the communities where we live and work. From tackling food insecurity to restoring nature trails and supporting children’s homes, our teams have volunteered thousands of hours with organizations across the U.S. and the Philippines. In 2024 alone, more than 1,300 Aprio volunteers supported 43 nonprofit organizations across 18 cities, completing 48 service projects.
