      Great interview. Met with some really nice people in human resources as well as the claim managers and ended up getting the job. Really great atmosphere upon first walk-in. I knew off the bat that it would be a great place to be.

      Interview

      Interview went well - I loved speaking with the claims department. They where more interested in who I am and what I plan to do, rather than my merit. It seems that they provide extensive training to help the individual become qualified. The culture seems stable. Their employee retention is about 8-10% -- - says a lot about their investment in employees. If you like insurance (regional in the Northeast) this is the place for you!

      I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arbella Insurance (Quincy, MA) in May 2016

      Interview

      Four different people, one from HR, three from the claims service center. Interview was very casual and each interviewer was positive, excited and welcoming. Didn't ask too many of the typical interview questions, but rather described the job and made sure you understood the job description. At the end of the interview, they now have you listen in on some calls with a current claims service rep team leader, just so you know what you are getting into.
