Filled out online application including downloading resume and cover letter. Got an email to set up a time for an interview and was asked a few questions on my past experience, past roles as a leader, etc.

Can you give me a time when you showed leadership in a past position?
Applied online first, then went in for an in-person interview. The interview was very chill and pretty informal over all. The interviewer made me feel very comfortable. Questions weren’t too difficult.

Interview
Very brief interview, asked typical behavioral questions. It was with 3 people at once, so it may seem intimidating. Rest assured that none of these people know what they're doing, and only care how much of a normie you are. If you have a pulse you'll get through this interview.
