I interviewed at Arizona State University (Tempe, AZ)
Interview
The interview process typically involves screening resumes, conducting phone or initial interviews, inviting candidates for in-person or virtual interviews, and potentially follow-up interviews. The interviewer evaluates the candidate's skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the position. Finally, the top candidate is selected, and an offer is made.

Interview
The interview started with questions about my background and why I am choosing ASU. The interview panel were very nice people, and it was more of a conversation. Then we discussed my skillset and experience and their appropriateness for the role.
It was over Zoom and fairly conversational. He asked about my resume and why I would want to be a student in his lab, and why I had decided to focus on neuroscience rather than psychology (as was the case in my previous position).
