Interview was done over the phone but was very professional and friendly. Interviewer asked the normal expected questions, things like how do you respond if i ask you to do something immoral or what do you do if you know a coworker is stealing?

you apply online. Once your application is reviewed you go to human resource office you are then hired by human resource. after hire you take orientation for 5 days.
