Array (NY) Backend Engineer interview questions

This place seems like a pyramid scheme type of employer. Any person who contacts you sounds like they are scripted to tell you how great Array is. Then be prepared to be pushed to the end goal. I backed out as soon as this became apparent. Desperation does not look good for an employer. What are they truly hiding?
