The interview process was organized, timely, and very welcoming. It consisted of two steps, starting with a phone conversation with the recruiter. This first interview helped me get acclimated to the role, ask questions, and share more about my background and who I am as a person in a relaxed, conversational setting.
The second step was an in person interview that included a tour of the office, shadowing an existing BDR, and a conversation with a Business Development Manager. This experience gave me a clear understanding of the day to day responsibilities of the role and the company culture. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and approachable, and the manager created an environment that felt comfortable rather than intimidating. Overall, the process allowed me to truly understand the role and reinforced my interest in joining the team.
