I spoke on the phone for 30 minutes with someone from Articulate(I believe a developer). I'm an experienced developer and was a team lead on specialty software for major companies in the past. Asked one technical question (which I believe I got right) and then asked about my background. I asked questions about the company and product, maybe I should have studied the product more, but there isn't too much material online about it.
I don't think this company looks for the latest and greatest features in .net or C#. They seem conservative. Their app is mostly Windows Forms and XML. No databases and minimal mobile and web(HTML 5). It seems like a good company but their product isn't the most exiting on the planet.
The interview seemed to go OK, and the interviewer discussed in detail the next steps they take. Shortly afterwards I was told by email I'm not a perfect match for the company. I was not given a chance to show my coding expertise. Seemed fickle, like a first date, you don't really know what you said that makes you not get a second. I would have much rather get rejected for not passing a technical test. Can't really say anything good or bad about them.
