Conversational, 1-on-1. Sat and talked about job history, career goals, community involvement. Interviewer was looking for a good team approach for staffing. Encouraged open communication and continuing education to expand skill set. Patients First mentality; focus on integrity and quality care.

First a phone call interview from HR, took about 45 min. Next an in person interview with the regional director, visited site, shadowed for a bit - talked to 2 people.
