Interview
Very positive and welcoming, the manager gave me an overview of the job, explained the duties that need to be accomplished by the aide and what they are looking for in an aide. She also asked me a few questions, but nothing overwhelming, Overall a very great experience.
The interview process was very smooth and it felt like they did a good job disclosing all tasks you are responsible for. They also revealed how they build a schedule each week and the hourly expectation for the role.

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. I was referred by a friend, and the manager was very nice. I am a college athlete with experience studying sports and exercise science as well. The job was fun, I enjoyed helping out the physical therapists, developing relationships + helping clients in their rehab process. It is pretty fulfilling.
The interview lasted no more than 15 minutes and the questions didn't seem difficult at all. I was referred to the location from a manager at a different location, so they already had a bit of an idea of who I was. Overall, the interview went smoothly.
