The process was all phone or virtual. The first step was with an internal recruiter who asked general screening questions about job fit and previous roles. The second step was a panel interview with people from sales and operations who discussed their roles and asked situational questions. The last step was with final interview with a VP.

A woman in HR asked to speak with me briefly. Apparently she wasn't qualified at reading and interpreting credentials on resumes. She was rude and refused to answer any of my questions. This was one of the most unprofessional phone interviews I have ever had.
