Video interview with various stages for an NP role, It went well but after some time the organization failed to follow up. In the end they entirely ghosted myself. Disappointing experience.

The process was quick. Nothing out of the ordinary. Standard questions. Reviewed your work history and asked how you would handle certain things. Shifts longer than anticipated. Everywhere still needs nurses.

Never gave me an interview, just declined every application because I am a new grad. Not sure they want to hire if you just graduated which indicates it is not a teaching/learning hospital at all.
