The process took two months in total: one month since I submitted my resume until I was contacted by a company recruiter, and another month for a programming test and interviews.
The process:
- The first interview was with a recruiter. He was new at the company and his description of the company and job position was kind of poor (more or less the same information you can find on the website of the company).
- The next step was an online test (Codility). If you pass this test, you get a technical interview.
- The technical interview was with a software engineer. He also joined the company very recently. He told me he is dedication a huge amount of his time to recruiting. The questions of the interview were related to development of simulators. The questions were not difficult.
- I didn't pass to the next level.
My impression is the company is still trying to get enough critical mass and momentum.
